A closer look at the journey.

This journey begins among the cultural places of the Kathmandu Valley before changing pace in Pokhara and the Annapurna foothills. After the valley visits, a flight to Pokhara connects with the walking approach to Dhampus. The trek then follows village paths toward Landruk and Ghandruk, with mountain views when conditions are clear.

The walking stages involve stone steps, descents and climbs between settlements. They offer a shorter alternative to a high mountain trek while still requiring comfortable daily walking. Return through Nayapul to Pokhara, then spend time around the city before flying back to Kathmandu. The nine-day programme includes arrival, sightseeing, travel and departure as well as the trek.

  • Kathmandu Valley sightseeing
  • Dhampus, Landruk and Ghandruk villages
