A closer look at the journey.

The Kathmandu Cultural Tour gives the valley an extra day beyond a short city introduction. Explore the historic settings of Kathmandu and Patan, visit Swayambhunath, and travel through Bhaktapur toward Nagarkot. The hill setting offers a change of pace from the streets and squares of the valley floor.

A separate day focuses on Pashupatinath and Boudhanath before the journey concludes in Kathmandu. Mountain views from Nagarkot depend on the weather, so the visit is best enjoyed for its landscape as well as any distant skyline. The programme combines guided sightseeing with road travel and walking, and can be arranged around your wider Nepal plans.
